The price is quoted in USD and converted at the moment you choose the coin. Pay the exact amount shown; overpayments and small underpayments are credited to the anonymous account that comes with your purchase, so nothing is lost.

How long it takes

Card is instant. Crypto delivers as soon as the transaction reaches the confirmation depth we require for that coin: a few seconds for Tron and BNB Chain, around a minute for Litecoin, a few minutes for Ethereum and its tokens, one block for Monero, and one confirmation for Bitcoin. The payment page updates on its own, and it works without JavaScript too.

What we see and what we do not

We see the transaction and the amount, because we have to credit it. We do not see who sent it, and we do not link it to an email, a name or a device, because we never asked for any. The eSIM itself is a data profile on a local carrier; it is not tied to your identity by us at any point.

There is no sign-up. You pay, the eSIM appears with its QR code and manual codes, and an anonymous login key is created for you and printed in the PDF. That key is the whole account: no email, no name, no phone number, no document, and nothing to reset.

The difference is credited to the anonymous account created with your order, and you can use it for a top-up or another eSIM.

Can I get a refund in crypto?

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the amount is credited to your account balance immediately. Contact support with your login key for anything else.
