We collect the minimum needed to sell you an eSIM and nothing else. No email, no phone number, no name, no address. We do not log visits and we do not record when you were last active.

We deliberately do not keep a "last seen" timestamp, an online indicator, a login history, or per-visit records. There is no column in our database that records when an account was last used, because we removed it. Nobody, including us, can look at an account and tell when its owner was last here.
Access logging is disabled on every one of our sites, including the Tor and I2P mirrors. No IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, user agents, or referrers are written anywhere. We keep error logs so we can fix crashes; they record faults, not who was browsing.
Cryptocurrency is the private way to pay, and we built it so it stays that way:
Card payments go through Stripe, and only if you choose to pay by card. Stripe receives your card details directly and is subject to its own privacy policy; we store only the references Stripe gives us so a saved card can be charged again. If you never pay by card, Stripe never learns anything about you. Paying with a card inherently ties the purchase to your identity at your bank, which is exactly why we offer crypto.
To issue a profile we have to place your order with the mobile network partner that provisions it. They receive the package and order details. They do not receive your identity, because we do not have one to give them. Once you install the profile, your phone talks to the carrier's provisioning server and then to the mobile network itself. That is how eSIM and mobile data work everywhere: the network you connect through can see the connection, in the same way any mobile operator can. If your threat model requires hiding traffic from the carrier, use a VPN or Tor over the connection.
We publish Tor and I2P mirrors so you can use the site without revealing your network location, and they are covered by the same no-logging rules. Links to both are in the footer of every page. The site works fully with JavaScript disabled.
SimBear is operated by Avalanche Systems Inc., a corporation registered in Canada, and this policy is governed by Canadian federal privacy law, including PIPEDA. Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Because we collect close to nothing, there is very little to ask about.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. We will not start collecting something new and quietly leave this page as it was.
